Influence Academy ("we", "us", "our") operates influenceacademy.net and associated subdomains. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Email address + first name — provided by you when you opt in to one of our free resources or our newsletter.
- Resource request metadata — which lead magnet you requested and when.
- Website analytics — standard Cloudflare request logs (IP, user agent, referrer) retained for operational and security purposes.
- Email engagement — open and click data for messages we send via ActiveCampaign.
We do not collect payment information on this site. Payments are processed exclusively by our funnel provider (ClickFunnels) and its upstream processors.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the free resources, courses, or content you requested.
- To send educational emails, product updates, and occasional offers related to communication, vocal mastery, and the Powerful Speakology program.
- To understand which content performs well so we can improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Third-party services we rely on
We share the minimum information needed with these processors:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DNS, and security (workers, Pages, R2 storage).
- ActiveCampaign — email delivery, sequences, and CRM.
- ClickFunnels — sales funnel and checkout for paid products.
- Google (YouTube Data API) — when we post videos to our own YouTube channel. No subscriber or viewer data is collected through this integration.
- OpenAI — automated transcription of our own recorded video content. Your personal information is never sent to OpenAI.
- Anthropic (Claude) — generation of draft metadata, drafts, and content. Your personal information is never sent to Anthropic.
4. Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time from any email we send — every message contains an unsubscribe link.
- Request deletion of your data by emailing support@influenceacademy.net. We will honor verified deletion requests within 30 days.
- Access — you can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you by emailing the same address.
5. Data retention
We retain opt-in records and email engagement data as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove the record from ActiveCampaign promptly and purge related files within 90 days.
6. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
7. International users
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access us from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. By using our services you consent to this transfer.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to our list and reflected in the "Effective" date above.
